Job Title: Barista and Café Ninja

Do you like coffee? Good. Are you a qualified Barista? Great. Do you have café experience and want to join a growing café? Excellent! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced barista to join our team at our new cafe restaurant in Glen Eden. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the coffee shop.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, and tea
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Understand and communicate information about coffee, tea, and food products to customers

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar position
• Knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee, and tea
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
