Before your next event, ask yourself:
✔️ Is there enough parking, and have you told people where to park?
✔️ Do guests know exactly where the entrance is?
✔️ Have you tested the microphone and technology?
✔️ Will there be enough chairs, tables, and rubbish bins?
✔️ Have you allowed time for people to arrive, network, and ask questions?
✔️ Do you have extension cords, chargers, and spare batteries?

As a venue, we’ve seen it all - from flawless planning to last-minute scrambles. Here are a few common mistakes we see guests make when booking a venue (and how to avoid them!) 👇

🚫 1. Not scheduling a site visit early. Photos are great, but nothing replaces walking through the space to feel the atmosphere and flow.
