Pre-champ Throwdown at mibo Wynyard last night, and what a night!!

Random vessel, blindfold, alternate hand… And our competitors still poured an amazing cup using boring oat milk. How crazy!

We had far too much fun launching this one.
Months of planning from the first idea to the day the bags actually turned up, and it’s better than we pictured it!
A core memory of 2026 for sure.🤎

Giveaway closes today.
Three winners, announced Friday ✨

What a year!
We hosted some amazing events, ran a pop-up store, had our oven break only once (unbelievable!), had our prover break about 100 times, opened a new store, and created some truly special pastries & drinks.

Our team grew too - so many cool people joined us (you know who you are!). A lot has changed, but what’s stayed the same is our passion. It still feels insanely great every time a customer DMs us to say they loved our pastry. 🥰

I guess some things never change.
Thank you to everyone who helped us along the way, and to our regulars - you truly made it fun🫶🏻
Here’s to 2026, we’re ready for more adventures and fun!

We just love a good shakshuka on chilly winter mornings. Think harissa baked cannellini beans, feta, poached eggs. Za’atar, mibo toast…
