Throwback to making a banana cake with chocolate ganache filling, topped with cream cheese butter cream. Ice cream in the cone is crushed up triple choc cookies covered with pink white choc 🎂

Mauri, Kia ora, hello
Well it’s been a good few of being MIA. Moved houses end of 2021, started getting back into baking while working full time and caring for my toddler, and bang was hapu again with my now second 🫣 Now 2023 and going to do my best bringing more baked/cooked goods to this hood cause food is my love language. Love my house, family and cannot wait for you all to see what I can make ❤️

Chocolate Peanut Brownie.

Was testing out a recipe for a Peanut butter Brownie, however it ended up turning into a delicious peanut brownie 🤤 a fudgey brownie with a layer of chocolate, followed with chopped up peanut choc from the range, drizzled with more choc. Enough choc ? Never!

I’m not very good at cakes, and don’t sell them sorry but I wanted to share as I baked a birthday cake for a very close friend - Banana cake topped with caramelised bananas, milk & dark chocolate shavings and a chocolate buttercream icing in centre and top

Had leftover chocolate mix, so made some chocolate peanut butter cups with pics peanutbutter crunchy. Got bored and tried some toppings with Nutella, peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter. Was a huge hit in my fale that lasted 2-3 days 🤣🤣
