We have some news to share!

We have decided we will be taking a break for a while, as we are on the move from Auckland to Tauranga.

We'd like to thank all of you for supporting our small business, whether it was from the beginning or more recently. You have all been a massive part of our journey and we wouldn't have been able to do it without you!

We will continue to serve our customers until our last deliveries on October 23rd. However, this doesn't mean The Good Baker is gone forever.

We will be moving to Tauranga and we’ll let you know when we pop up again, exciting changes are ahead!

Flakey, buttery, a little crispy, mille feuille has it all when it comes to taste and texture. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This dessert takes me back to the time I lived in France, where I'd endlessly be searching for a plant-based dessert option but instead having to attempt it in my own kitchen. The frustration! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now years later, after perfecting it, I can now say I am so happy with the end result.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
