Easy apple pies in minutes — no fuss needed.
Chuck this in your saved recipes 👇

What you need!

4 slices Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf
1 cup cooked pie apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
20g butter, melted
Cinnamon sugar, to sprinkle
Thick vanilla custard, to serve

STEP 1
Preheat the jaffle maker

STEP 2
Mix the cinnamon with the cooked apples

STEP 3
Place a small amount of butter onto the jaffle maker, followed by the bottom slice of bread. Spread roughly 1 tbsp of apple mixture onto the bread and then top with the remaining slice of bread.

STEP 4
Cook until golden.

STEP 5
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve with custard

Apple Pie Jaffle

Ingredients
4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Loaf
20g unsalted butter
220g sweetened apple pie filling can be canned or homemade
Maple syrup

Method
Step 1
Pre-heat jaffle iron

Step 2
Spread one side of both bread slices with butter. Top the two unbuttered sides with the apple pie filling. Top with the remaining two bread slices, buttered side up

Step 3
Cook sandwiches in the jaffle iron for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden. Cut in half and drizzle with maple syrup to serve

Baked Bean & Cheese Jaffle

Ingredients
4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Loaf
20g salted butter
½ cup grated mozzarella
¼ cup grated cheddar
¼ cup finely grated parmesan
220g canned baked beans

Method
Step 1
Pre-heat jaffle iron

Step 2
Spread one side of both bread slices with butter. Top the two unbuttered sides with the cheese and baked beans. Top with the remaining two bread slices, buttered side up. Tip: Experiment with different cheese combinations to find your perfect toastie!

Step 3
Cook sandwiches in the jaffle iron for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden. Cut in half and serve
