A traditional Nyonya Kueh with steamed glutinous rice and a gula melaka grated coconut topping. The sweet, fragrant caramelised coconut is perfect when eaten together with the slightly salty glutinous rice. The rice is naturally coloured with butterfly pea flower to give its pretty blue and white marbling.

A two layer Thai dessert made of a sweet pandan water chestnut layer on the bottom and a creamy coconut layer on top. The slightly salty coconut topping balances the pandan layer to give the perfect level of sweetness, while the water chestnut pieces give it a unique crunch and texture. Served chilled, it makes a refreshing dessert. See the video of us scooping into it!
