Today marks 7 years since Kells Kitchen opened its doors! 🎉❤️
I honestly never dreamed it would become as busy, crazy and special as it has.
There have been plenty of highs, lows, long days and some pretty crazy moments along the way, but I couldn’t have done any of it without the incredible staff, family and customers who have supported me every step of the way.
And our customers… you’ve become so much more than customers. So many of you have become friends, and some have been part of the Kells Kitchen journey from the very beginning. The chats, laughs, celebrations and friendships are a huge part of what makes this place so special. ❤️
A huge thank you to every single person who has been part of the Kells Kitchen journey — especially our amazing team. Thank you for your hard work, loyalty and for helping make Kells Kitchen what it is today.
I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and so grateful for everyone who continues to support us.

🥧 Great to see Marie Black, Mayor, Hurunui District calling into Kells Kitchen Homemade today as part of the MADE NORTH CANTERBURY Pie Trail.

Supporting local businesses is what the trail is all about, and Kells Kitchen is serving up one of many great pies worth trying this July. (Especially their award-winning smokey brisket & cheese!).

We think we've spotted Marie at least three times on the Pie Trail...she might just be in the running for Pie Hard of the Year! 😆🥧❤️

Big shout out to my amazing Kells Kitchen team who smashed out over 550 family pies today!
Cooked over 100 kgs of meat, 250 kgs pastry, 60kgs cheese.
This was an awesome fundraiser for Amberley Netball club.
Big shout out to Amberley Super liquor for the refrigerated trailer!
