Well I'm about 3 months late on posting this cake!! Made for my little chicken who turned 7 over the summer holidays!! Of course she requested a Frozen theme cake!! As always I didn't have much time to spend on her cake!! But managed to come up with this!! Not 100% happy but Miss Isabella loved her cake ... so that's all that matters!! :D

It's Mr BC's birthday today!! So one must always celebrate with cake!!

We eat a pretty clean diet these days and are mostly grain , dairy & refined sugar free household.

This year I made him a coconut and raspberry cake with a very yummy vanilla creme frosting!!! And Boy was it delicious!! Who says a cake can't be healthy and tasty this good!! :D
