Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Chef with a passion for baking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in dry bakery products and cake pastry.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes.
Ensure high quality and presentation of all baked items.
Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace.
Follow health and safety regulations and ensure food safety practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bakery setting, focusing on dry bakery and cake pastry.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Creative mindset with a passion for baking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
