New experiment today at Terra Tsampa ๐Ÿ˜€

I made a Sourdough Bread with freshly milled Sorghum flour, using an old traditional technique named "scalded flour": part of the flour is mixed with boiling water and then added to the final dough, to give an extra soft texture to the bread !

Loving this experiment and this technique new to me ๐Ÿ˜Š

Wednesday's Culinary Test,
A French traditional small cake : Le Financier.

A bit revisited, with buckwheat flour (because I love buckwheat ๐Ÿ˜‰), cold pressed and locally produced sunflower oil from Himalaya Organic Garden, a hint of local honey from Sagar Bee, natural orange blossom water from BabaBahri_Paris, and of course free-range egg !
Only quality ingredients choosen with care.
