Wednesday's Culinary Test,
A French traditional small cake : Le Financier.
A bit revisited, with buckwheat flour (because I love buckwheat ๐), cold pressed and locally produced sunflower oil from Himalaya Organic Garden, a hint of local honey from Sagar Bee, natural orange blossom water from BabaBahri_Paris, and of course free-range egg !
Only quality ingredients choosen with care.
