Big country loaves with a crunchy crust and airy crumb were the one thing we missed in Voss.
Everyone loves them, they are healthy, local and they look so good.

We get asked all the time where the bakery will be so let's explain.
-our production site will be in Bømoen leir
-our name comes from Mjølfjell, because Mjøl-fjell is the perfect name for a bakery in Voss, and because it is a beautiful place full of history.
-our sales will be happening... All over! We'll mostly deliver at pick up points, in Vangen (Torget), Mjølfjell, Bavalen etc. But we'll also bring you breakfast on Sunday mornings if you live less than 3 km from centrum!

Neapolitan style pizzas are one of our favourite foods, and it was obvious since the very beginning of the bakery's project that we wanted to serve you some.
This has actually begun, as we made 50 pizzas last Sunday for , or a bunch more about a month ago for Voss MTB Klubb. Every single time the feedback is unanimous: those pizzas are delicious!!

Next Saturday, we'll be at to serve some more!

One of the rewards of the crowdfunding is also a private pizza evening at your place and for 6 people, and there's only 7 left so hurry up!

And... There will be croissants, plenty of them! Organic of course, with butter from Røros meieriet.
One of the main pieces of gear that the crowdfunding will finance is actually our dough sheeter, which will allow us to produce plenty of buttery layers for you!

Mjølfjell Bakery was born out of the idea that everyone in Voss deserves the best bread and baked goods, that our bodies deserve healthy food, and that the environment deserves that we produce all of that with a minimal footprint.

Today, we reach the most important milestone in the creation of this project as our crowdfunding goes live.
