We are a Mexican Bakery looking for enthusiastic people to have a pan dulce experience! We have a different menu every month to offer new pastries around the year. You can order now and pick it up at our kitchen in Diemen Zuid (Netherlands). We also send pastries by post every Thursday to all Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

April is here! 🌸 And with it comes a new excuse to treat yourself (as if we needed one 😉).

You can now place your orders online to enjoy a cozy box of pan dulce at home or swing by and pick it up in person. Our menu this month is all about nostalgia and deliciousness... glazed rolls, orejas, Volteados de piña, co**has filled with strawberry jam, colorful grageas, and more ✨

January is finally over, and with it, rosca season ✨
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an intense and beautiful month.
Between orders, producing for the Amsterdam shop, unexpected snow, long days, and even longer nights, January took me through every emotion. Exhaustion, joy, gratitude, all of it.
Thank you to everyone who ordered, supported, helped, repeated, sent kind messages, and made sure I made it to February. This bakery may be small, but it carries a big purpose, and I believe in it with all my heart.

Thank you so much to everyone for your orders 💗
As you know, our processes remain artisan and handcrafted, which naturally limits how much we can produce. To ensure the quality and care of our pan dulce, we won’t be accepting new orders until after January 13th.
If you’d like to place an order for mid-January, you’re welcome to do so through our online shop.
Should we have the time and capacity to bake a few extra roscas, they will be available directly at our shop in West.

✨ December is here and we’re getting ready! ✨
We’re running a little behind with our monthly products because we’re still busy taking Rosca de Reyes pre-orders (thank you!!). But don’t worry, by the end of this week we’ll be adding more delicious December treats. 🎄
And yes… one of everyone’s favorite pastries is coming back to sweeten up the season! 😍
Plus, we’ll have cookie boxes, Mexican coffee, and cold desserts available for pick-up. ☕🍪❄️
