Every season, we spotlight the fruit at its peak. In August, that’s figs.

So we put them in a Danish. Folded, rested, folded again — baked fresh every morning.

Save this before figs (and this Danish) are gone for the season. Tag who’s coming with you. 👇

We kept testing this one until it felt right 🧡

Layered croissant dough, fig jam, cream cheese, topped with fresh fig and candied walnuts.

Simple ingredients, done properly. That’s kind of our whole thing.

Come say hi, it’s on the counter now.

It’s back—our Parmi Focaccia ✨

A twist on the classic parmigiana with roasted aubergine, rich slow-cooked Neapolitan sauce, vegan stracciatella, Parmigiano, and fresh basil, all on our house focaccia.

Back on the counter this week. Who’s joining us for a slice? 💜
