Dear guests,

After the first opening of our kiosk, we just wanted to say thank you.
You have been so patient with us, so welcoming, loving, supportive, and kind. It truly means a lot to us, and we feel very grateful to slowly build a bigger community around Birdflower.
We are still figuring out how this little baby Birdflower is going to work and grow. For now, we will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00 (or until sold out, because so many of you came to try our products!).
We are hoping to open more days in the coming months, so please bear with us a little longer while we grow.

✨ Kiosk Update ✨

So many of you keep asking when our little kiosk will finally open… trust us, we’re just as impatient as you are! The renovations are done, everything is ready to go, but we’ve run into some unexpected licence complications:

- First, the municipality asked us to apply for a selling permit… even though we already had one when we bought the kiosk 🤨.
- Then they left us waiting for months (hello summer holidays 🏖️).
- And finally, after countless calls and emails, we were told the rules had changed: now we also need a building permit, something kiosks never required before. This means new drawings, measurements, and a full re-application.

In short: the process could take 1 month… or 1 year. We simply don’t know yet.

Of course, it’s frustrating, but sometimes, even when you do everything right, life has other plans. For us, it also meant we had more time to work on exciting things like the renovation of our bakery and some much-needed fixes here and there.

We’re truly sorry for the delay and any inconvenience, and we promise to keep you updated as soon as we know more.
