Our signature almond croissant
🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐

Double baked, filled with a rich almond paste and berries, crispy and caramelised on the outside, soft and generous on the inside.

One of our absolute best sellers, and for a good reason!

Come by Birdflower, grab a coffee and treat yourself to one but don’t come too late, they tend to disappear fast!

Thank you The Hague Lens for this beautiful shot 📸

Our bread, made by hand from start to finish.

Every loaf is carefully folded, shaped and baked by our baker, right here at Birdflower. Slow process, simple ingredients, lots of care, just the way we like it.

Because everything is handmade in our little micro-bakery, we only make a limited amount each day. Come early to make sure you get yours

Freshly baked, handmade & worth the wait.

A little update from Birdflower cafe:

You may have noticed that, over the past few seasons, our menu has slowly become a little smaller. This season, we are continuing in that direction and making a few changes to the way we work.

Running a small café where everything is homemade is something we truly love, but it is also very labour-intensive. With rising wages every 6 months, ingredient costs and inflation, we had to make a choice: increase our prices again or simplify our business model.

Because we do not want to reach the point where a pastry needs to cost €8, we have decided to focus more on what we do best.

During the week, our kitchen will be closed and we will offer a selection of sandwiches, focaccia, pastries, bread and coffee, similar to what you can find at our kiosk.
During the weekend, we will still serve a smaller brunch menu all day, alongside our pastries, bread and coffee.

Our new opening hours will also be:
9:00–16:00

We know these changes may not suit everyone, but they will help us keep Birdflower sustainable and allow us to continue making everything with the same care, quality and love.
We hope you will continue to support us, enjoy your favourite pastries and coffee, and join us for brunch on the weekends.

Thank you for being part of Birdflower and for supporting a small independent business. 🫶🏼
