We just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who’s stopped by in our first few weeks. Overwhelmed, slightly sleep-deprived, and still buzzing, we couldn’t be happier with all the love so far!

We’re still finding our rhythm over here, tweaking and developing as we go. Next week we’re launching a new sandwich 👀

So thank you, thank you, thank you for bearing with us while we find our feet. And thanks for filling the shop with so many beautiful moments already.

Our opening post took a little longer than expected... Mainly because you all kept showing up. We honestly can’t believe we’ve sold out almost every day since launch. A huge thank you to everyone who came by, celebrated with us, brought friends, and made our very first days feel so special. Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’ve got more bread to bake. We’re open Monday - Sunday, come say hi!

Testing is almost complete. The sandwiches have been approved by several very serious taste testers (mostly us). Opening this summer at Herengracht 20F.
