This qualifying tournament for the 2027 World Baking Championship showcased elite pastry skills from nine countries, with the top teams creating impressive artistic compositions:
1 artistic piece in SUGAR
1 artistic piece in CHOCOLATE
1 carved WATER ICE artistic piece.

This appearance marks a major milestone for Ukrainian pastry arts on an international stage 🙌.
A real springboard towards international consecration, where the best of world pastry is expressed.

These 3 teams, as well as the Netherlands (4th) and the United Kingdom (5th), are now qualified for the Grand Final of the Pastry World Cup, which will be held at Sirha Lyon, on January 22 and 23, 2027.

I BAKE👩‍🍳🤎

It was my first experience in the baking madeleines 😊.

Madeleines are small, elongated, shell-shaped cakes with scalloped edges that originate from northeastern France.
On one hand, a simple list of ingredients consisting mainly of eggs, butter, flour, sugar, and vanilla extract, but each baker, as an artist, sees it in their own way 😉
