We just pulled these beauties out of the oven and they smell incredible. Introducing our limited edition pretzel lineup:

Pretzel Croissants: all the buttery, flaky layers you love, dipped in that deep mahogany pretzel crust and finished with crunchy pretzel salt

Pretzel Buns: pillowy soft inside, that classic chewy pretzel bite outside

Both are strictly seasonal, so once they’re gone, they’re gone. Get in before they disappear.

Did you know our sourdough bagels take 3 days to make?
Day 1: We refresh our sourdough starter. That’s where the magic begins.
Day 2: We mix flour, water, starter, salt, and barley malt syrup. Then we divide, roll, and shape every single bagel by hand before cold-proofing them overnight.
Day 3: Into the boiling pot they go. No proper bagel skips this step — it’s what gives them that chewy bite and glossy crust. Then straight into the oven until golden brown and ready for our hungry customers.

A few months ago, Siggy walked through our bakery doors and honestly, we couldn’t imagine the team without him now.

From day one, his passion for baking was undeniable. He picked up skills fast, threw himself into production, and brings the same energy whether he’s shaping dough at 5am or helping a customer find their perfect loaf.

Siggy is reliable, dedicated, and genuinely loves what he does and it shows in every bake.

Ask him his favourite product and he’ll tell you without hesitation: focaccia . But what really lights him up? Every new recipe we create together. That curiosity is exactly what makes him such a valuable part of what we do here.
