A little piece of edible art🌹
Somewhere between a painting, a sculpture and somehow... a cake.✨
Creating a three dimensional cream sculpture painting was an adventure in itself. I built it petal by petal, leaf by leaf, with an almost unreasonable amount of patience because I wanted every petal to have its own shape, movement and little imperfections — the kind of details that make a flower feel real.
And the best part? Underneath this little sculpture is a vanilla cake with raspberry and pistachio cream.
