Red Mineral #3

This Blaufränkisch from Slovakia 🇸🇰 was harvested in January 2022. Weird? Well, not at all!

Intension to create ice-wine went different way. Nature is powerful and able to create an amazing things. This wine is super mineral (even salty), but balanced with fruitiness and sweetness of overripe grapes. So much going on in the glass, you wanna try! For real food and wine lovers. This is just amazing wine🍷
