But on Saturday, we’re adding a little bit of magic ✨ with the amazing *TEA THE MOMENT, represented by **Francis and Akira*.

Our friends are deeply passionate about Japanese matcha & tea and have dedicated their lives to exploring and sharing it. You’ll have the opportunity to taste some truly exceptional teas & matcha served by Francis, accompanied by calming music in the background played by DJ Akira.

This week, we're serving spelt sourdough doughnuts 🍩
Our menu is mainly focused on sourdough bread and traditional, non-GMO grain varieties.

Everything we make is completely handmade and baked early in the morning, before we open the shop, so you can enjoy everything fresh from the oven.

Hey Eindhoven! Meet KO KLIKO – your new weekend ritual at Strijp-S.

We are a micro-bakery doing things the old-school way. No commercial yeast, no shortcuts. Just certified premium French flours, ancient grains, wild sourdough, and 24+ hours of fermentation.

Our goal? To bake bread that is incredibly healthy for your gut, rich in flavor, and brings people together.

What’s on the menu this weekend?
🌾 ROUGE DE MORVAN: Baked with a rare, heirloom red wheat from Burgundy, France. Expect a super moist interior, a crunchy crust, and a deep, nutty flavor.🥐

THE BOSTOCK: Thick slices of house brioche soaked in orange-blossom syrup, layered with jam, and smothered in rich almond cream. The ultimate match for your weekend breakfast.

Because we ferment everything slowly, our bread is easy to digest - no bloating, just pure fuel.
