Εvery strand of Kantaifi is hand-rolled with a specific purpose: to recreate the joyful "tail" that followed me everywhere in the kitchen for 10 years.

The details that matter:
The Shape: Shaping the cones to capture that iconic wag.

The Filling: Piping our fresh, orange-infused cream patisserie—pure warmth in every bite.

The Signature: Dipping the tip in White Chocolate to match the white end of Amigo’s tail. It was his most recognizable feature, and now it’s the highlight of this Labor. 🧡✨

This isn't just baking; it’s storytelling. Each cone is a "thank you" to my faithful partner.

This circle we present: The Tail of Amigo. 🐾

​This isn't just a dessert; it’s a tribute to the "best boy" who was the heart of our kitchen. We designed this creation to capture the essence of his spirit and the most joyful part of him—his wagging tail.

​THE CREATION:

​Kantaifi Cones: Carefully shaped to represent the "Tail" of Amigo.

​55% Cocoa Chocolate: Providing a rich, dark base.

​Orange-infused Cream Patisserie: A warm, aromatic filling that reflects his vibrant personality.

​The White Chocolate Tip: We placed a touch of white chocolate at the very edge of each cone, perfectly mimicking the white tip of his tail always wagging in excitement. 🧡

​Every bite is a memory of the 12 years he spent by our side, watching over every Labor we ever crafted.

This circle of Hercules' Sweet Labors is the hardest one yet.
It’s not about fighting a beast; it’s about honoring a friend.

Nine days ago, we said goodbye to Amigo, the constant warmth and joy behind every Labor we've created in Eindhoven.

These slides are just a glimpse of the boundless love he brought into our lives.

If you’ve received a box from me in Eindhoven, chances are his tail was wagging right before I packed it.

To honor his loyalty, his goofy spirit, and the unparalleled sweetness he brought into my life, this circle’s creation is dedicated entirely to him.

THE TRIBUTE:

I had to find a way to preserve his spirit. I poured all the love and tenderness he gave me into a dedicated creation for this cycle:

The Tail of Amigo.

The name of our beloved dog that decided to cross the river last night and go meet our ancestors..
He did not need to fulfill any Labors in order to find his Higher Self as Hercules did -and everyone of us does- because he was made with pure love in him, love that no human has unless his is half man, half god..

As you can understand, there will be a cycle of delay to be released since there is a need of space and time from the world..
