Hi there!
She's Nuts here broadcasting from Netherlands! 🙂 for the next couple of months I will be baking around Rotterdam area with selected baked goods every two weeks (mostly sourdough and rye bread, cakes but also veggie spreads and different surprises),
I will announce very soon the first, mostly special christmas menu. For now only limited batches available with pre orders but I'm happy to be back! Time to spread the plant based and sourdough love in here! Let's start! Who's with me? Anybody living nearby and willing to say hello? ♥️

Hi guys! In short I am stuck in my country for a little while recovering. Hopefully I will be back to baking for you one day but now I'm at home waiting for better times and since I have a loooot of time for new recipes and huge cravings for something sweet and plant based - I decided to give it a try and bake some traditional polish poppyseed yeasted rolls.
I lost my sense of smell due to coronavirus but I can imagine the sweet scent of baked dough at home now and believe me - it's delicious! 🥰

Beautiful few baking days at L'Usine Thao Dien. Thank you very much for hosting me. Lovely design, amazing food and very professional and caring chefs, service and marketing team. I'm very happy having a chance to collaborate with L'Usine team!
Today is the last chance to grab some banana bread, pop up for bruch/lunch and treat yourself with delicious coffee and piece of cake after! ☺️
Thank you for the great response and all the feedback I received those days.
This is just a beginning - I will definitely come back to treat you with my vegan baked goodies in Saigon.

I've spent and amazing week in Dak Lak province baking, cooking, laughing and setting up the new menu in Beso Bistro. Very beautiful restaurant with an alternative spirit and design and super talented chefs! Thank you very much for hosting me there! ♥️
