When you give ❤️ to your starter, it ❤️ you back ☺️ This is my best bake so far - the scoring turned out exactly the way I anticipated it. And much better control over the temperature of the dough from start: mixing & bulk ferment. 60% white 40% whole spelt. And the agony begins - have to wait for a couple of hours before slicing it...

My   is getting pampered with a spa treatment. Can’t wait to bake again after recovering from a bad sinus infection
