There are banana breads all around Amsterdam but this is Petar’s banana bread 😋! You can test a ripe banana, dark chocolate, bit of caramel taste from cane sugar and moisture oh that delicious moisture, not the one which sticks to your teeth because cake is still raw but the one which makes cake perfect & smooth! Banana & chocolate bread is in our vitrine today!!! 🍌

Everyone who knows me has heard my story about polenta! Anyway I don’t mind too share again ☺️!!! My grandmother would wake up early in the morning and make a soft polenta for us kids to have for breakfast before school and it was going on for most of our mornings during the basic school! Now anytime we need a comfort of food which feels like a warm blanket around your soul and stomach we cook polenta!! Such a satisfying, simple and happy dish!!!!!
