Een zomerochtend in de bakkerij; de bakkers zijn al vroeg begonnen, de eerste bekende gezichten komen binnen en langzaam komt de dag op gang.

In de afgelopen jaren is Millie Vanillie zoveel meer geworden dan alleen een bakkerij. We hebben een geweldig leuk team opgebouwd en door de jaren heen veel vaste gezichten leren kennen. Mensen die regelmatig binnenlopen, een praatje maken en inmiddels echt bij de bakkerij horen. Er is een hechte community ontstaan in en rond de bakkerij en daar zijn we ontzettend dankbaar voor! 🤎

Focaccia has become a staple at our bakery.

After weeks of testing and refining, we’re finally happy with the result. Crisp crust, airy crumb, and perfect for lunch.
