Eclair Amsterdam is looking for a place to rent: store, a bakery, a cafe or other offers.

Our task is to find an affordable place as quickly as possible and give jobs to people.

We are ready to share half of the premises or team up with someone, but unfortunately we will not pull the full buyout of the business offered by specialized sites.

Your pastry chef goes on vacation until the end of January. January 12th after 6 pm and January 13th morning is the last time of delivery of macarons. the next delivery date for pasta and eclairs is 4 February.

our bestseller for all months! These are eclairs with mango and passionfruit sauce. Sauce with an intense sweet and sour taste. The eclair is garnished with custard and Philadelphia cream and mascarpone (silky cheesecake). For texture, we decorated the eclairs with shortbread cookie pieces. Mango pieces and thyme leaves give extreme freshness.
