Tiramisu comes in all shapes and sizes. Trust us, we’ve tried quite a few.

We’ve been working on a new format, which meant taking our tiramisu off the counter for the past two weeks.

We know. You’ve been suffering.

BUT IT’S BACK.

New shape, new container. Easy to take away, easy to eat straight from, and easy to keep in the fridge (if it even makes it that far).

Oh, and it’s alcohol-free.

To all our gluten-free people: we hear you. And we promise to do better. 💙

Our gluten-free chocolate burnt cheesecake is making a comeback — this time with mascarpone cream and glossy cherries on top.

Gluten-free, creamy, generous. Very SALVO.

And we’re working on making sure there’s always at least one gluten-free option on the counter.

The cookie that broke the internet — and nearly broke SALVO.

1,667 cookies in 3 days. Queues out the door. And honestly, one of the most fun collabs we’ve ever done.

To everyone who came, queued, shared, ate cookies and brought the energy — thank you 💙

We seem to be going through a banana phase. 🍌

After the banana black sesame bread, we had to keep going.

This one is our monkey bread with miso caramel, caramelized banana and salted pecans — sticky, buttery, salty, sweet, and very much part of our September flavours.

Apparently we’re doing another electricity episode. ⚡️

Liander is switching off our power this Friday, which makes running a bakehouse — and preparing everything for the next day — slightly complicated.

So: Bakehouse closed Friday, Basement open as usual. We’re bringing some extra SALVO favourites to the Basement, so if you’re craving something sweet, you can still find us there. 💙

The outage also means we lose an important prep day, so Saturday will be a little more limited than usual. We’ll bake as much as we can, and as always, we’ll share our weekend menu on Stories Saturday morning so you know what’s available.

It’s another frustrating interruption for a small business, so if you were planning to visit us this weekend, we’d really appreciate you still coming by and supporting us.
