Cinnamon Crunch Protein Dough!! KCAL - 265.4, PRO - 28g, CARB - 20.1g, FAT - 7.2g, FIBER - 1.5g.

This protein-packed dough combines creamy Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a topping of cinnamon toast crunch cereal.
Enjoy a delightful and crunchy treat that satisfies your sweet cravings while providing a boost of protein.

Ingredients:
* Light Cream Cheese 40g or 1.4oz
* Chocolate Protein Powder 1 scoop
* Cinnamon Crunch Toast 20g or 0.7oz
* Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp
* Cinnamon 1 tsp

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine 220g of Greek yogurt and 40g of light cream cheese.

2. Add 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder to the bowl.

3. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

4. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring a smooth and creamy consistency.

5. Once the dough is mixed, top it with 20g of cinnamon toast crunch cereal.

Satisfy your sweet tooth while fuelling your body with these Biscoff Protein Doughnuts. Made with oat flour and enriched with vanilla protein powder, these doughnuts offer a nutritious twist to a delightful treat. Topped with a silky Biscoff spread and crushed Lotus biscuits, they strike the perfect balance between indulgence and health.

Ingredients to make 12 donuts:
* Oats 70g or 2.5 oz
* Egg 1
* Whey Protein 2 scoops, vanilla
* Biscoff Spread 30g or 1 oz
* Biscoff Biscuit 1 Biscuit
* Almond Milk 100ml or 3.4 fl oz, unsweetened
* Baking Powder 1 tsp

Method:
1. Begin by preheating your oven to 180°C (356°F). To make oat flour, blend oats in a food processor or blender until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency. Transfer
the oat flour to a mixing bowl.

2. Add the protein powder and baking powder to the bowl with the oat flour. Stir
these dry ingredients together to ensure they are well combined.

3. Crack the egg into the mixture, and add the vanilla flavor drops (or sweetener)
and unsweetened almond milk. Stir the mixture until smooth and well
incorporated. Ensure there are no lumps in the batter.

4. Pour the batter evenly into the silicone doughnut mould tray, filling each mould
about three-quarters full to allow room for the doughnuts to rise. Place the tray in
the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the doughnuts are golden
brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5. While the doughnuts are baking, melt the Biscoff spread in a small bowl. Add
boiling water to the biscoff, tsp by tsp until you reach the desired smooth and silky
texture.

6. Once the doughnuts are baked and have cooled slightly, carefully remove them
from the mould. Dip one side of each doughnut into the melted Biscoff spread,
ensuring a thin layer covers the surface. Immediately sprinkle the crushed Lotus
biscuits over the Biscoff spread on each doughnut for added crunch and flavor.

This was me just before covid it. Just before my life got turned upside down. I've learnt a lot since then.

Im healthier, smaller, stronger, and fitter. It's possible to turn your life around if you really want it.

The thing is... you just dont know what tomorrow can bring.

You should be prioritising your health not just for you but for the sake of your loved ones. They dont want to lose you early just because you like to have a drink every weekend or need that takeaway every week or turn to cake and chocolate when the going gets tough!

Everyone has bad times. That's the s**t that comes with life. How you manage the situation is what matters. Plus, your liver and heart will also thank you!
