MONKS COFFEE ROASTERS 🤍

patrick and his baby have been our neighbours on bilderdijkstraat since the beginning of louf and have supplied our store with a seriously tasty espresso blend for years

we are sad to see him and his café leave the street this month but luckily for us all, this is not a total goodbye ! monks coffee will live on in our stores !

we are more than thrilled to continue to serve monks coffee for our espresso based drinks at louf oud west, and to now stock this killer blend for you to enjoy at home

take a look inside the farm of one of our suppliers, lindenhoff, which sits peacefully in a small village near amsterdam

we love working with lindenhoff, who supply us with some of the beautiful cheeses, fresh eggs, and apples that we use in the bakery daily

it’s always special being able to use ingredients that come from people who care so much about what they produce

great ingredients, great people, and a connection to where our food comes from, a connection so good that sometimes our unsellable bread goes back to help feed the animals
