We hope to see you today, right before our Holiday break. To celebrate Christmas time, we’ve been making some pretty special specials! The bakery has never smelled so good or cosy.
- mince pie (rum & caramel soaked dried fruit, apple and almond frangipane in a crispy flaky crust, no meat!)
- snowball mini Bomboloni filled with sage custard
- Christmas cake (also for sale as a whole)
- Chocolate & Maple syrup ganache cake (also for sale as a whole)
- fruit & nut bread
- focaccia & flutes
- mini version croissantjes, pain au chocolatjes and sweet danishjes filles with vanilla custard and hazelnut for Christmas morning breakfast
- gingerbread dough for cookies & a gingerbread house to gift or craft with
- cruffin with chocolate & orange custard and candied orange peel
We also have extra extra loaves for your freezers when days turn to normal again and no sweet fruit breads are wished for any longer (do these days exists?).
Open from 9.00 - 14.00 today and afterwards closed until the 4th of January.
