Today I catered for Dutch clients, who wanted a South African taster menu for dinner. The interesting twist was, it must be vegetarian 🤔, and that is a challenge for 99% of South Africans, as our staple food is meat 🤣. But after lots of thinking and planning I was able to make a menu even I would love and eat. I must say, it was fun being challenged a bit, I taught myself some new skills and I am very proud of the results.
