Customer: Why are custom cakes so expensive?
Baker: You're not just paying for the cake. You're also paying for the baker's skill, experience, creativity and time.

Customer: But I only want a small, simple cake.
Baker: Even a simple cake takes skill. Creating a clean, elegant design that looks effortless is often harder than it looks.

Customer: How?
