Lemme tell you a little story about this couple.
One cool Saturday morning like this, I received a cal from my big aunty in church. She said Ejiro I referred you to someone the person will meet you in church tomorrow concerning her wedding cake.
Na Mrs Anthony and I were in the choir together so we met up in church and she said, Ejiro I nor get plenty money for cake o, how we go do am, na just small reception we wan do. So I told her not to worry I would work around her budget.
That was how I started this cake. I used a dummy for one tier and the rest the say us history.

Did you see it makes the best cakes ever?

So this wife called me and said Ejiro I want something unique for my husband's birthday, so I went to work o.

This cake almost stained CEO white sha lol. But God nor go shame us.

I had a particular design in mind to do with whipped cream, and sincerely I have a very stable and trustworthy whipped cream recipe but that day was so different.

The whipped cream simply refused to be stable for the design I had in mind. I wasted whipped cream that day sha.

After doing the design whipped cream started melting, so I had to remove the entire first layer of frosting and started icing all over again. The second time around same thing happened. (Mo gbe my village people has entered transport to come and meet me here?)

I had to urgently do something to remedy the situation, that's when the idea to just get a piping tip and pipe round the cake came o. So I quickly started piping lo and behold the piping held and this awesome design came out. And my client absolutely loved it.

How we spent our valentine's day, had to take a day to rest after all the running around, had to turn into a delivery girl o. All in all we thank God for growth. Last year wasn't as good as this and hopefully next year will be even better.
