Cake! Cake!! Cake!!!
What exactly is a cake🤔?

I would say, a cake is a confectionary with flour, sugar, butter/oil and eggs as it's main ingredients.

CLASSIFICATION
Now, cakes can be classified based on different criteria, like:

1. Ingredients: e.g, butter cream cakes and oil based cakes.

2. Flavor: e.g, chocolate cakes, vanilla cakes, strawberry yoghurt cakes, etc.

3. Texture: e.g, sponge cake, chivon cakes, etc...

Different bakers classify their cakes differently 🤷.
