Things studying nutrition has taught me 😂

Things studying nutrition has taught me that I wish more people understood…

1. Eating healthy doesn't mean abandoning Nigerian food.
2. Expensive food is not automatically more nutritious.
3. Eating until your stomach is full doesn't always mean you've met all your nutritional needs.
4. One food cannot supply every nutrient your body needs.
5. You can enjoy your favourite foods and still work towards a balanced diet.

And please, can we stop making people feel guilty about what they eat? 😭😂

Food should nourish us, not become a source of unnecessary fear.

As a nutritionist, I want people to learn how to make informed food choices, not become afraid of their plates.

What's one thing you wish more Nigerians understood about healthy eating?👇

🎁 The ₦10,000 Graduation Package Story! 🤯

Y'all need to hear this gist! 🤣

I was in the kitchen baking this frosted foil cake (part of our famous Graduation Package), and my mind went back to last week's order. You know, the one from the legendary Ekpoma Boy?

I'm talking about the young man who placed a ₦10,000 order... for ALL his girlfriends who were graduating! 😅 Seriously, my business (UniqueTaste) is here to cater to everyone—no matter how complex the relationship dynamics are!

Watch the video to hear the full voiceover gist about the order, the package contents, and how the conversation went! 😭 What do you guys think? Is this guy a legend or just smart with his budget? Let me know in the comments! 👇
