Your ready to fry chops can last more than 3days in a freezer😍
I started making my own smallchops from late 2021 after I got disappointed by a rider and the vendor. This one is gist for another day🤣
The texture and type of wrap plays a major role in the outcome of your chops ,especially if you wish to sell frozen chops.
It took some time but I’ve mastered the art of smallchops making. My sincere and objective advice is, work on your wrap and get a good freezer that actually gets into the freezing mode.
Yes you read it, “freezing mode”. I use a freezer that gets into that mode, it freezes fast because I flash freeze my chops. Over here ,we make and freeze immediately.
Most importantly,a freezer that has good retention capacity.
