If you are cooking any meal with proteins, you must ensure you cook/boil your proteins well because it makes the food and even the protein tastier.
Here is how I boil my proteins for extra flavour.
✨ Use lots of onions. You can blend or chop them.
✨Use Fresh peppers. Not those red and black dry ones you see in the market.
✨Use Garlic and Ginger. You can blend or grate them. It makes your proteins tastier, and it's healthy too.
✨Use Rosemary and bayleafs. Little quantity.
✨For the seasoning, make it moderate, depending on how much protein you cook.
✨Lastly, After adding my ingredients to my proteins, I put it on heat and let it boil without water while turning it at intervals. This would help it release its juice well.
After some minutes, I would add moderate water and let it boil.
This is just one of the many ways I boil my proteins to make them tasty.
