Recipe alert ⏰

Simple but tasty vanilla cake recipe!

Margarine 250g (1 satchel of Simas margarine)
Sugar 200g (1 cup or you can reduce to suit your taste)
Flour 250g (2 leveled cups)
Egg : 250g (4 large eggs)
Powdered milk : 2 tablespoon
Baking powder: 1 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla essence flavour: 1tsp

Procedure:

¶ Cream/ turn butter and sugar till pale or fluffy
¶ Whisk egg and vanilla flavour together
¶ sieve flour, baking powder and powdered milk
¶ Gently fold in the egg and flour mixture to the creamed butter
***Gently fold in till you get a smooth batter.
*** Pour into a greased pan and bake
***Pre heat oven at 180°c and bake for 45 or 1 hour
