Peanut,
One of my favorite snacks
Ingredients
3 cups of groundnut
Half cup of sugar
5 cups of flour
Tin milk(optional)
Flavour (optional)
Pinch of salt
Procedure
First select your groundnut and soak in hot water for 5min,add some salt to taste and allow to dry
Step 2:break your eggs in a bowl,add your sugar into it,add your tin milk and flavor;I prefer valila extract.whisk together and set aside
Step 3:mix your flour in a bowl,add pinch of salt;if you are using powder milk, you can add it to the flour
Step4: pour your dry groundnut into a bowl, scoop some egg mixture to it and mix well,then add some flour to coat;this should be done in little patches
Do this until your groundnut is well coated
Fry in deep oil on low heat
