*CAKE/BAKING IS ART*
The day I and my colleague created the fruits on top of this basket, my coach wasn't around cos she needed to make a delivery for a client, she only told us to prepare our fondant and await her arrival so she can direct us tru the process. Trust me not to be patient, I just grabbed my phone and had a quick glance on the cake we were recreating and started doing what I know best.
To cut the long story short, I molded my first apple and it looked so good and real and that was it!!!...I started molding other fruits and they came out beautiful and yummy. My coach came back that day and was wowed at what we did without her help. And that led me to what she always told us " *You can make whatever you want with a cake, you just have to have passion for it and play around it"*☺️
