our baked fish roll will keep you coming back đź‘Ś.

This batch was sent to Lagos along with other yummy pastries from our brand. Though it didn’t get to my client the same day (the delivery arrived late at night), it was enjoyed the following day and the review was simply breathtaking ✨.

In this business, you must be ready to learn, unlearn, and relearn.

The shege my eyes have seen just to achieve a perfect white-line pillow doughnut, my mouth cannot even explain.

I’ve joined so many classes that I even landed in one where the tutor was teaching entirely in Hausa (lol). If I had known, I probably wouldn’t have joined. When I complained, she just sent me an emoji, and I quietly let it go.

But do you know what? That very class reminded me of something I had long forgotten. A class I joined back in 2020, at a time when starting a business wasn’t even in my plans.

A friend had introduced me to the class. The fee was so high then that we had to split the cost. We even informed the coach that two of us were joining with one slot. That class blessed me more than I realized back then.

Fast forward to now when I needed it most. I went back searching for it on Telegram, but nothing. I remembered the coach’s Instagram handle, I sent her a message, but she sadly said she no longer had access to the class. My heart sank. My friend too had lost all the files.

Something in me said, "Check your gallery… maybe Google Photos still has it.” Honestly, I almost didn’t check because I had stopped backing up files due to storage issues.

But guess what? I found it. My joy knew no bounds. I was literally smiling at my phone like a child who just found hidden treasure.

And that treasure gave birth to this perfect white-line pillow doughnut I’ve been chasing for so long.

If you read to the end… guess how many grams of dough gave me this beauty?
