Just when I thought the day was over… an order came in

After lectures, I came back home ready to rest…
Then an order came in three sets of fries and pastries.
Tired? Yes.
But passion doesn’t wait
We got up, did what we do best, and made sure everything was done with excellence.
By the time it left our hands… it was not just food, it was satisfaction

CHAPTER XXIII: THE WOMAN I’M BECOMING

Today I celebrate a journey of growth, courage, faith, and becoming. I celebrate the strength that carried me through days I thought I wouldn’t make it, the discipline that kept me building when nobody was watching, and the faith that keeps reminding me that my story is still unfolding.

I have learned to start even when I am not sure,
To move even when I am afraid,
To believe even when I cannot see the full picture,
And to keep building even when nobody is clapping.

On this day, I asked for only a few things:
Strength to keep thriving,
Grace to keep growing,
And Wisdom to impact lives.

Two Decades and Three.
Strong, Daring, Adventurous, Energetic.
A woman of vision, value, and purpose.

Eyes have not seen, nor ears heard what the Lord has in store for me.
This is only the beginning.

I watched little hands turn flour into confidence today 🥹🍩

I had such a beautiful moment teaching these amazing kids how to make doughnuts from scratch,and honestly they blew my mind.

The most beautiful part? They learned instantly and even promised to practice at home. Their level of focus, precision, and enthusiasm was top-notch. I couldn’t be prouder of them.

Moments like this remind me that teaching is more than sharing skills, it’s planting confidence and creativity early.

I Screamed!!! 😭🔥

God has truly been faithful especially in my small chops journey 🥺

I’ll never forget that day I had to deliver 300pcs of small chops to an event. I had to jump on a bike just to meet up on time.

And guess what? All the rain that fell that day decided to fall on me! 😩
But thank God I don’t joke with packaging! My chops were neatly sealed and well protected,not a drop of rain touched them!

I told myself, “It’s better for me to face the rain than for my business to lose its shine.”
That day taught me commitment, excellence, and grace.
