🍑🥭 Creamy Pawpaw Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups very ripe pawpaw
1 ripe banana
½ cup pineapple chunks
½ cup Greek/plain yogurt
¾ cup chilled evaporated milk
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon ginger juice (the secret twist 😋)
½ cup ice cubes
🥤 Method
Peel and remove the seeds from the pawpaw.
Cut the pawpaw, banana and pineapple into chunks.
Add everything into your blender.
Blend until very smooth, thick and creamy.
Taste and adjust the honey if necessary.
Serve immediately, preferably very cold.

The combination of pawpaw + pineapple + banana + ginger + vanilla gives it a much more exciting tropical flavour than ordinary pawpaw smoothie.

🍦 Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 cups (500 ml) whipping cream
1 tin (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2–3 tablespoons powdered milk (optional, but gives it a richer milky taste)
👩‍🍳 Method
Chill your ingredients
Put the whipping cream in the refrigerator until very cold.
You can also chill the mixing bowl and whisk for about 10–15 minutes.
Whip the cream
Pour the cold whipping cream into a clean bowl.
Beat with a hand mixer until it becomes thick and forms soft peaks.
Don't overbeat it into butter.
Add the condensed milk
Pour in the condensed milk gradually.
Add the vanilla extract and powdered milk if using.
Gently fold everything together until smooth and well combined.
Freeze
Transfer the mixture into a clean, airtight container.
Cover tightly and freeze for 6–8 hours, preferably overnight.
Serve
Remove from the freezer and allow it to sit for about 5–10 minutes before scooping.
🍫 To make other flavours
Chocolate: Add 2–3 tablespoons cocoa powder.
Strawberry: Add strawberry purée or finely chopped strawberries.
Cookies & cream: Fold in crushed biscuits after mixing.
Mango: Add thick mango purée.
Oreo: Add crushed Oreo cookies.
Tip: For a smoother, more scoopable ice cream, avoid adding too much watery fruit purée. Use a thick purée and don't skip the condensed milk.

Pink Panties Juice

Ingredients
1 cup watermelon, chopped
½ cup strawberries
½ cup pineapple
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
½ cup chilled water or Sprite
Ice cubes
Sugar or honey, to taste
A little lemon/lime juice
Method
Blend the watermelon, strawberries, pineapple and orange juice until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a very smooth juice.
Add grenadine and a little lemon/lime juice.
Taste and adjust with sugar or honey.
Pour over ice and top with chilled water or Sprite.
Garnish with a strawberry or watermelon slice. 🍓🍉
For a deeper pink colour: add a little more grenadine.
For a creamy version: blend in a small amount of evaporated milk after straining.

Two years ago, I started my first baking class. ❤️

I didn't have a studio.
I didn't have a fancy classroom.
I didn't even advertise the class.

I simply had a table in my backyard, and two amazing women who trusted me enough to learn from me. 🥹❤️

One came because she was my church member and had seen my cakes. The other came through someone who knew my husband.

They both learned, completed their training, and today, they are doing well with their own baking businesses. Seeing that still makes me so happy. 🥰

Life happened, I became a mum, and for some time I had to put teaching on hold.

But the dream never died. ❤️

Now, I'm starting again.

This time, I'm creating a little baking studio in my own home where my students can come and learn in a more comfortable environment.

I'm still setting things up.
I'm still adding things.
I'm still learning and improving.

But I'm trusting God for MORE. 🙏🏽❤️

More students.
More knowledge.
More impact.
More testimonies.

This video is just a little glimpse of what I'm building.
