If you don’t mind me entertaining you with a sweet gist😁, Come with me. It’s been a week since I officially dropped the Undergraduate title😁, People found it hard to believe I was a student 🤭. Being a Plus size made it extremely difficult for anyone to believe I wasn’t a working class lady😅.
Combing Academics with two active businesses came with a whole lot of stress, I heard final year was stressful with lots of expenses and to be honest, I thought I was prepared for it but no one told me the stress and spending of money was endless 😤🥹.
There was a day I was on my way to the park to get my goods(Perfumes) my supplier waybilled, I was close to the park already (Oja tuntun) only for a message to pop up on my phone that my supervisor was around and wants to see all of us under her in 20 mins or less. People of God, I had no choice than to come down from the cab, fly bike to Oke odo then join a bus going to the school park😤. Ilorin People can relate to how far Oja tuntun is to the university 🥴. Why will I not fly bike because of the one that holds the key to my A in Project😹😤. Food Science showed me shege pro max😤🥴 but Alhamdulilahi it ended in praise🤲❤️.
There were days I had cake orders and will have to bake, decorate, deliver and still go to class🥴. There was a day my supervisor gave a time(1pm I think) for us to see her and people of God, I had a birthday cake order, box of pies and box of chocolate order😄. The way I was up and down at the same time conscious of time ehn, I got to her office 2pm and luckily for me she wasn’t on seat as my colleagues said she went to observe her salat. You needed to see the way I was pant ing just because I ran down to her office😄🥹.
The tory longggg😹 but in all, I am glad everything is over and ended well❤️. I said my goodbye to the better by far University this week🥹, It was an emotional departure😤 but it’s for the best❤️.
Feels really surreal to be a graduATE👩🏾🎓 ☺️, Congratulations to me once again😘🫂❤️.
