Yaaas! Let's Make plantain chips
1. Choose ripe or unwripe plantains (yellow or black skin works best)
2. Peel and slice thin (use a mandoline or sharp knife)
3. Soak slices in water with a pinch of salt (optional)
4. Dry slices with paper towels
5. Fry in hot oil (about 175Β°C) till golden
6. Drain excess oil on paper towels
7. Season with salt or your fave spices
