It's been a while here. And I can see it has become a dumping site. That will be sorted out.
If you have been here and it seems there is nothing going on, kindly check my other handle. It's been a tumultuous 2 years or more.
First, I went through Pathway @ BYU-PATHWAY Connect, and then moved on to Ensign college to start a certificate course in "Tourism & Hospitality". Just when I thought I was through, there was an issue with the system & I had to retake a course I had done the year before. I eventually found out I could have written to the school. So, for two semesters, I went through the mental torture of retaking the course. I eventually finished it two weeks ago, and with two semesters behind to take my associate degree courses.
But then, I am not in a race with anyone. So, I have decided to take things easy & work on improving my business again.
So, I'm back on tge block with variety of pastries, cookies, cakes, organic drinks et al.
