Simple homemade cinnamon rolls recipe 🥰

Ingredients

For the dough
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp yeast (1 sachet)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup warm milk
21/2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 egg
For the filling
2 tbsp soft butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

1. Activate the yeast
In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Leave it for 5–10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
2. Make the dough
Add the remaining sugar, egg, melted butter, salt, and flour.
Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Let it rise
Cover the dough and allow it to rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
5. Roll the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
6. Add the filling
Spread soft butter on the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
7. Roll the dough tightly like a log and cut into 8–12 rolls
Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise again for 20–30 minutes.
8..Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden brown

Here is a simple recipe for scotch eggs

Ingredients
5 eggs (4 for boiling, 1 for coating)
300 g minced meat (beef or sausage meat)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup flour
Oil for deep frying

Instructions
1. Boil the Eggs
Place 4 eggs in a pot of water and boil for about 7–8 minutes. Remove the shells and set the eggs aside.
2. Season the Meat
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix well until combined.
3. Wrap the Eggs
Divide the seasoned meat into 4 equal portions. Flatten each portion in your hand and wrap it around each boiled egg until the egg is fully covered.
4. Coat the Eggs
Roll each meat-covered egg in flour, dip it into a beaten egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the Scotch Eggs
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the eggs on medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve
Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

CINNAMON ROLL
Recipes

4 cups flour sifted
2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/8cup butter melted
3/4 cup milk
1 cup water
1 large egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter to brush the buns
For the filling
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
For the light glaze
1/2 cup powdered
Water

PREPARATION
-Activate your yeast in quarter cup warm milk and d allow to sit for 5 minutes or until it foam
-Mix flour,sugar together
-Add melted butter,water,milk,egg,and yeast and mix
-Then cover and allow to rise for 1 hour or until it double in size
-After rising defliate the dough
-After deflating,roll the dough into a long rectangular shape
-Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl use a spoon to spread the melted butter on the rolled dough avoiding the edges and sprinkle cinnamon sugar
-Roll up into a mat and pinch the edges
-Use a sharp knife to cut out about 2 inches thickness
-Grease your baking tray and arrange the rolls.Cover and allow to rise for another 30 mins to 45 min
Bake in a pre heated oven until golden brown about 20 mins.Brush with melted butter and allow to cool
-To make the glaze,mix powdered milk,sugar,water and vanilla together and drizzle on the rolls.

3 ingredients cookie 🍪🍪

Recipe
1 cup butter , room temperature
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Procedure
-Preheat oven for about 20 mins
-Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
-In a medium bowl, using a whisk or mixer beat together the butter and 2/3 cup sugar until combined and creamy.
-Add in flour and blend well
-Add the vanilla flavor
-Using a piping bag or hand cut into desired shape
-Bake for 14-16 minutes or until just slightly golden around the edges and on the bottom.
-Remove form the oven and let rest on the baking sheets for at least 10-15 minutes (don't skip this step!)
-Then eat or package it. Enjoy! 💕
