*FONDANT*

How do you make yours?, manually or with a mixer.
Fondant can be really stressful especially when done manually.
Imagine you have 15kg of fondant to do and you have to do it manually, cake makers can relate... If you are not a cake maker let me liken it to 15kg of fufu,in fact that still don't justify what am talking about but you sha get the drift.

Anyways, that was what i used to do, until one day my Uncle came over, he took one look at me and said "Aburo what happened?, this one you are developing muscles and getting a broader chest, ki lo n sele oo. Chai I thought to myself "Shey u see now, small time you will resemble man" 😂 😂 😂 I made a decision that day to save up enough money to buy my industrial mixer. I got the mixer in 2015, but Nepa/PHCN (IBEDC) or whatever they call themselves now, will not allow me shine 😔 😔 ....
when I kept buying half engine to the generator, I had to stop and return to manual mode, you need to see how saddened I was, then these two friends of mine took up my fondant kneading Wellington and , God bless you both for me.

Now I enjoy electricity a Lil and I plan my fondant mixing with it.... The joy of mixing with mixer no be here. 💃 💃 💃

And for those that still believe it's better done manually, it is well, more muscles to your shoulders, I weigh only 50kg...mi o le wa ku. 😂 😂 😂
