Here's! Recipe for Nigeria Eggroll.
Flour: 2cups
Sugar: 3tablespoon
Baking powder :1/2 teaspoon
Salt : a pinch
Nutmeg: optional
Butter: 2tablespoon
Boiled egg: 5pcs
Water: 15tablespoon.
Preparation.
In your mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and butter and lastly add your water bit by bit until it form a dough.
Keep it for 5mins to relax, peel the egg set aside.
Flatten the dough, and insert your boiled egg, and wrap it to form a ball.
Put your oil on fire on low heat , fry until golden brown.
